Hickory Hills Elementary Fourth Grade Donut Recipe
I had the pleasure of making donuts and doing a demonstration for my son, Matt's, Fourth grade class. Mrs. Cordry and Mrs. Robinson were kind enough to let me come and hang with the kids for an hour and we all had a great time eating donuts!
Mexican Lunch Buffet

Risotto with Shrimp and Spring Peas
I love fresh peas. It signals that Spring is here! This is a great appetizer or it can be served as an entrée. It takes advantage of the fresh peas and the Gremolata really brings out the flavor in the shrimp. Enjoy!
