Jicama Salad

For the Dressing:
1 cup mayonnaise ½ cup red wine vinegar 2 T. red chili powder 1 T. cumin 1 tsp. garlic 2 T. vegetable oil 2 tsp. salt and pepper mix

Mix all ingredients together well with a whisk. Set aside

For the Slaw:
1 cup each shredded red and white cabbage 1 cup shredded Jicama 1 cup julienne red pepper 1 cup julienne Red onion ½ cup Cilantro

Toss all ingredients with dressing and serve.
