Blueberry Gooeybutter Cake
For the Crust:
3 1/2 cups white cake mix
1 stick butter
2 eggs
2 cups blueberries
For the Topping:
12 oz. cream cheese-softened
3 eggs
4 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Method: Pre-heat oven to °350. Melt butter in a small pan and set aside. In a mixer, mix 1st 2 eggs with cake mix. Slowly add butter until completely blended. Mix cream cheese, 3 eggs, and powdered sugar in mixer until completely blended.
To assemble, pour cake mix into a buttered 9 1/2 X 13 inch Pyrex. Sprinkle blueberries over cake mix. Top with topping. Bake for about 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
